Meet Christina
Dr Christina Stefanou
Director – Clinical Psychologist

I am a clinical psychologist with over 10 years experience in both clinical and forensic settings (including Royal Children’s Hospital and Department of Justice). I enjoy seeing clients across the lifespan - from infancy through to adulthood. In the clinic, I wear many different hats including supervision, lecturing, and leading our neuroaffirming assessments.
I take a flexible, client-centered approach to therapy, drawing on a range of evidence-based techniques tailored to your needs. I believe in the importance of creating a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore their concerns. My goal is to work collaboratively with you to understand the underlying causes of your challenges and to develop practical strategies that support lasting change.
I have a special interest in working with neurodiversity, anxiety disorders, OCD, personality disorders, dual diagnosis, and trauma.

Demi Krstevski
Director – Speech Pathologist

I am a certified practising speech pathologist with a Bachelor of Health Sciences and a Master of Speech Pathology degree. I am also a member of Speech Pathology Australia. I have rich experience across multiple settings, including working in a special school with children with disabilities and in private practice.
I am passionate about supporting children in developing independent communication skills and empowering them to realise their full potential. I am a big believer in using a family-centred approach to support not only your child but also you as a family. I am committed to tailoring my approach to meet a child’s specific needs while ensuring that I create a warm and supportive space for them.
My areas of interest include working with children with speech sound disorders, language and literacy delays, and early intervention.

Ms Danielle Grano
Psychologist

After having completed my Masters of Professional Psychology degree I have had experience working with clients across the lifespan with a range of presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, personality disorders, anger, trauma and substance abuse. I also have experience conducting child cognitive assessments, facilitating social skills groups and supporting neurodiversity.
I am a generally registered psychologist and predominantly use an empathic strengths-based and solution-focused approach. I prioritise developing a strong therapeutic relationship to establish a safe space fostering collaboration and empowering each client to achieve their goals.

Larissa Curtin

I am a certified practising Speech Pathologist and member of Speech Pathology Australia. I graduated from La Trobe University, Melbourne with a Masters degree in Speech Pathology and Bachelors degree in Applied Science.
I have experience working with children of all ages, in private, school and kindergarten settings. My professional areas of interest include early language development, literacy and social communication skills.
I am passionate about providing neurodiverse affirming care and empowering children to advocate for their communication preferences. I enjoy working in a holistic, personalized way with an emphasis on fun and engaging through play.
I have completed additional formal training in the Hanen: It Takes Two to Talk program for late talkers and Sounds-Write phonics-based literacy intervention. I have also completed further professional development in areas including PDA profiles in children, orofacial myotherapy and ADHD.

I am passionate about helping people in the community gain coping strategies to live a fulfilling and satisfying life, despite adversity. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults who may experience problems related to anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar, borderline personality disorder, phobias, relationship and interpersonal emotional difficulty, self-esteem issues, and stress-related issues.
I can also conduct assessments and therapy for learning disorders, intellectual disabilities, ADHD, and autism.
I enjoy working collaboratively with each client and creating a non-judgemental safe-space where clients can feel at ease to discuss their concerns.

I am a psychologist and clinical psychology registrar that enjoys working with clients of all ages. I believe that good rapport and connection is the key to a successful therapeutic relationship. My therapeutic style is warm, relaxed, playful, and individualised.
When working with children and young people, I am passionate about helping them navigate life's challenges, better understand themselves, and, where needed, support their families to better understand them too. When working with adults I enjoy supporting individuals to live a fulfilling and valued life. Areas of interest include neurodivergence, trauma, sleep difficulties, perfectionism, and childhood/developmental trauma
